This page is my personal spot on Dot Net Perls, and I think I am entitled to it because I made the entire website. My name is Sam Allen and a few years ago I decided I wanted to read every book about computer science ever written. After a while, I decided to only read the good ones. Somewhere along the way, I decided that the world needed more writing about computer science and programming.
I am always happy to get emails from people who read the articles on Dot Net Perls. Sometimes I can't answer detailed questions due to a lack of time. You are welcome to send comments and suggestions on the site. If you send in a significant correction to an article, I will credit you on the article.
I really like donating to charities and I have used a fair amount of the money from Dot Net Perls to do that. To date I have donated over $1700 to charity and also have even inspired others to donate as well.

Dot Net Perls is special to me and it seems to help many other people as well. My goal is to keep it running for many years and add new material on a regular basis as well. Thank you for visiting.
