I consider it a privilege and honor to write articles for this site, Dot Net Perls. On the other hand, I consider it an attack when others copy and paste the text of my articles and put their names on them. As such, I fight copyright infringement with all resources available to me. The entire text of Dot Net Perls was registered with the United States Copyright Office, giving me the option of collecting large statutory damages from infringement lawsuits. Please be aware that all necessary actions will be taken to protect my rights.

Not allowed

You are not permitted to copy and paste my writing onto any other web page. The exception to this is fair use, such as quoting me directly with attribution. You cannot take credit for the writing on this site and represent it as your own.

Allowed

You are allowed to use some of the content on Dot Net Perls in some capacities. All people are allowed to use the code in software development projects in any way. No attribution of the code samples is required when you use them in your projects. Everyone is allowed to use the code for any software project, including commercial projects. Needless to say, I don't guarantee the code's correctness for any particular purpose.
